Mystery

Colour to light and light to colour,
Held in strange hands the hearts beat faster.
In their eyes sleep sublime desire,
Lingering is the gaze into each other.
Oblivious the lovers are to all creation,
Vindicated of all crimes, of rhyme or reason.
Enveloping passion consumes the flesh,
Shedding ashes of burdens unblessed.
Crested blue waves of euphoric sensation,
A sojourn to the depths of their private ocean.
Nirvana in their imperfect harmony,
Differences as indifferent as their past.
Illusions so beautiful while they last,
Come daybreak they’re back to friends.
Ever unrequited, the fantasy ends.

New poem guys...

Drop me a msg if you do =).
